Friday Forum Foraging: One Super(charged) V-Rod!

You read that right.

Talk about a bike I didn't know I wanted. Well, technically I don't, but I'd sure like the chance to twist the throttle on this. What we're looking at is a 2006 Harley-Davidson VRSC, built by ML Customs, which we found on our sister site, 1130cc.com. It's already unique because it has carbon fiber bodywork, but what makes this one really stand out is the supercharger on the side of the engine. It ads a bit of fiestyness to an engine that wasn't tame in the first place.

The ad listing has been copied below, and as you can see, there's a lot of stuff on this bike. It's also lived a fairly dormant life, having been the display piece at the shop for some time. Now, as ML Customs has closed and the owner has moved on to other things in life, the time has come to see this thing find a new home with someone who will use it for what it was meant for. As noted in the listing, the bike can be made available with or without the supercharger – but really, why would you not want the blower? There's also a video at the end if you want a quick walkaround tour of the bike.

This seems like a fair deal at $11,500 for a one-off VRSC with a blower (or $8350 without). As always, see below for the full ad listing and included photos. To contact the seller, be sure to go to the actual listing on 1130cc.com and contact them there.

Buying that looks inadvisable on several levels, but I wouldn't turn down a spin on it 😄
