The Indonesian 250cc use a very different engine spec compared to the US version. Please check at the link below and compare it with the US version. All I can say is that the engine is hugely different.

But in indonesia, this bike produced by MINERVA under licenced of sachs germany since early 2009
N the performance is not as good as it looks..
N it cost 29 million rupiahs.. Its about $3000
