Some products are so simple that you can grasp them at a single glance, and while the Muc-Off Secure AirTag Holder For Powersports may appear that way, a lot of thought clearly went into constructing it. Apple AirTags are little discs a tad bigger than a quarter that leverage the massive number of iPhones wandering around the streets to track an item’s location. I’ve been using AirTags in my luggage on international flights for a while and have been able to tell my airline where my bag was when I somehow found myself on a different continent from it. The idea is the same here: You mount the Muc-Off AirTag Holder on your bike, and it pings Apple’s servers with its location whenever an iPhone passes through its range. So, if your bike gets stolen, you may be able to supply police with an address to reclaim your property. 

Picture it: you’re having the motorcycle adventure of a lifetime; you’re somewhere new, traveling down roads and paths you’ve never seen before, and just around every bend is a view more picturesque than the last. The scenery is gorgeous, the roads (or trails) are twisty, and you and your motorcycle are one. By all accounts, this ride qualifies as epic. There’s just one problem: you haven’t documented any of it. Once the ride is over, you’ll only have memories to refer back to, save for the few shots you took on your cell phone camera.

Getting lost during our Ultimate Sport-Touring Adventure wasn’t a true concern, but considering the risk of something going sideways with nine bikes and riders over the course of six days and 2,000 miles certainly was. Thankfully we didn’t find ourselves in a situation requiring the SPOT Gen3’s Help/Assist or, especially, the S.O.S. functions, but it was comforting knowing they were there if an emergency did arise. Otherwise, the SPOT Gen3 was great way of updating friends and family (in our case, MO readers) to our whereabouts.
