QUIN DESIGN Ghost Double Zero

(Dallas Design District, Texas – October 20th, 2020) —- Quin Design helmets has expanded its color-way offerings on its most popular model, the ultralights (2.8lbs) carbon fiber/kevlar, Ghost full face helmet.

Introduced as a 2021 model the new Ghost Double Zero, offers a luxe-matte finished naked Carbon Fiber shell with Battleship Grey logos. In developing the Ghost model, Quin Design benchmarked a collection of the world’s lightest racing helmets. The Ghost was developed to be clean in the wind, extremely quiet, plush and comfortable, manage extreme energy with its patented Conehead EPS liner, and offer a fit that would best accommodate a North American rider’s head.

Once this incredible helmet chassis was designed, Quin Design then integrated their patented crash detection system (Intelliquin), and their patented, rider activated SOS beacon, and integrated a Bluetooth communication system. The results are a helmet with invisibly integrated Bluetooth and Intelliquin technology that tips the scale at an astoundingly low weight of just 2.8lbs, (lighter than the majority of world-class motorcycle racing helmets).

The Ghost offers dual homologation (ECE 22.05 / DOT) and meets or exceeds North American sanctioning bodies requirements. The Ghost now comes in three color-ways: The Ghost Zero is luxe-matte finished, naked Carbon Fiber with Lambo yellow logos, the Ghost Umbra features a high-gloss finish with a dual-tone Carbon Fiber dyed with a translucent/pearlescent red, and the new Ghost Double Zero offers a luxe-matte finished naked Carbon Fiber with Battleship Grey logos.

All Ghost models offer fully integrated Bluetooth systems, the patented Intelliquin crash detection system that pinpoints an accident location, and messages emergency contacts automatically. They also feature the patented Quin SOS (Save Our Souls) rider activated emergency beacon / live-tracking system (a first for the Powersports industry). All Ghost helmets can be fitted with an optional dark smoke shield ($45.00), and come with Pinlock ready clear shields (Pinlock inserts available late October 2020). The Ghost Double Zero has an MSRP of $659.00 and is available from Powersports retailers now. To learn more or enquire about sales please email us at sales@quin.design or call us at 214-265-8821.
