The only thing better than minimizing your carbon footprint is maximizing your spiritual one. The proprietor of Montgomery Distillery in Missoula, Montana, had a Yamaha lying around that didn’t run, some gallons of distilling byproducts resembling ethanol, and a little time on his hands.
