Polaris Sued Over Motorcycle Officer Training Death

On the fourth day of training on their four new $48,000 Victory police bikes in May, 2016, a Hilliard, Ohio, police officer was killed after apparently colliding with another officer and riding off an overpass. Now the estate of Sean Johnson is suing Victory Police Motorcycles LLC, its director of sales Michael Schultz, and Polaris Industries, Inc.
