Begin Press Release:

LiveMap reveals fully functional helmet and is announcing much anticipated global  pre-order campaign.

San Francisco, California – LiveMap (, today announced it is accepting “pre-orders” for the groundbreaking Augmented Reality technology into a motorcycle helmet which incorporates heads-Up Display for situational awareness.  This enables the rider to be truly hands free by voice commands which link the turn by turn GPS navigation, connection with your smartphone, forward 4K camera, and critical information such as motorcycle speed with customizable alerts.

Heads-Up Display (HUD) – The LiveMap HUD in the modular motorcycle helmet is transparent Head-Up display that presents data without requiring rider to look away from their viewpoint to view projected images instead of looking down at instrument cluster or GPS navigation. To read an instrument cluster, for at least a brief moment you have to take your eyes off the road and your eyes need to adjust to the shorter distance and back again to traffic environment.  LiveMap motorcycle Head-Up display (HUD) Unique aerospace projection technology shows necessary information directly in the line of sight which is exactly where motorcycle riders need it. Riders get all the important information such as turn-by turn GPS navigation with/without street names, speed, and customizable warning signals without looking down to the motorcycle instrument cluster or a secondary display for navigation.  LiveMap uses a projector with a combiner for a safe 20 meter image distance that will allow the rider to view information while keeping situation awareness under any conditions such as weather, night and bright sunny conditions.  Other motorcycle  HUD systems which utilize microdisplays can cause the rider to re-focus view angle and has  variable image quality under different environmental road conditions such as bright light conditions.

Audio and Voice Control

LiveMap platform technology enables the helmet to pair with smartphone, the internal forward facing HD Camera, and customizable alerts to allow the rider utilize voice commands for undistracted riding experience.  The audio and voice commands allow the ride to enjoy your music, receive phone calls, turn on/off  HD camera to record your ride, and audible turn-by-turn navigation in conjunction with visual map on HUD (or turn off HUD and keep audible turn-by-turn GPS).  The voice commands keep your eyes on the road for safety.

“After my liveMap modular HUD helmet demonstration, is the best I have seen to date that provides unprecedented visual clarity of needed information and the projected images all for proper viewing with changing my focus/attention off the road.”, said by Peter Wilson, avid motorcycle rider.

LiveMap modular helmet is basically 3 devices in 1. It is a fully-integrated, intelligent, augmented reality helmet, incorporating heads-up display, GPS navigation, 4K camera, and smartphone connectivity all within LiveMap voice activated platform.
