Motorcycles don’t do wheelies, people do?

Hundreds of motorcyclists rode through Denver on July 24 as part of a rally to call attention to biker safety and awareness. Well, apparently they didn’t just ride, but also performed a few wheelies and burnouts in the middle of the highway, ultimately shutting down I-25.

After the smoke cleared, Denver Police seized a 2007 Honda CBR via its “civil public nuisance abatement” process, and announced they will destroy the bike Thursday. Meanwhile, the owner is awaiting trial for exhibition of speed and reckless driving charges. Read more at The Mercury News.
