Suzuki Satria F150 Makes Its Debut

Press Release

The Suzuki Satria F150 may not be available in America, but we also realize MO is read by a worldwide audience. In addition, the Satria F150 is also the new “Underbone” machine used in the Suzuki Asian Challenge, managed by former World Superbike race winner Yukio Kagayama. Why is that important? Because representation by the Asian continent is lacking at the top levels of motorcycle racing and the kids who compete in this series are being groomed to become future (potential) MotoGP stars. Not to mention the race action is pretty exciting. Check out the video after the Suzuki press release below. – TS

Suzuki’s new award-winning Satria F150 machine made its debut at round two of the SUZUKI ASIAN CHALLEGE series at Buriram in Thailand this month; and scored top marks from its young riders, along with global media.

The ‘underbone’ machine, that has scored numerous accolades from Asian Media recently – including the ‘MotoPlus’ 150cc underbone technology Award, 150cc underbone fuel consumption Award and also Rookie of the Year Award, along with ‘Otomotif’, who also voted the machine the ‘Best of Hyper Underbone’ award, set the Chang International Circuit alight, with its young riders – who aim to progress through the ranks to MotoGP™ in the future – delighted with the new machine they are provided with for each round of the series, all serviced and prepared by Suzuki Technicians.

To watch the latest video, that also includes an interview with series Manager Yukio Kagayama, SAC Series Head Coach ‘Yatsushiro’, along with rider interviews and on-track action, see below.
