This is one we can fully endorse, thanks to its 84 mph top speed and $4,295 list price. From the Press Release:

AZUSA, Calif.Dec. 29, 2015 — CSC Motorcycles announced today that it is introducing the RX3-P police motorcycle to the US market. The RX3-P is the police version of CSC’s popular RX3 adventure touring motorcycle.
“The RX3-P is fully equipped with all police equipment, including LED emergency lighting, siren and speaker gear, police markings, and other items,” said Steve Seidner, President and Chief Executive Officer of CSC Motorcycles. “We believe with its $4,295 purchase price, high reliability, low operating cost, and on-and-off-road performance capabilities, the RX3-P is an ideal police motorcycle. We’ve demonstrated the reliability of these motorcycles with our adventure rides in Baja, the western United States, and most recently, Colombia. The RX3 is a bike that will go the distance. Our RX3 motorcycles are fully approved by the US EPA, the California Air Resources Board, and the Canadian Ministry of Transportation.”

The CSC RX3-P police motorcycle is a 250cc fuel injected motorcycle with a 6-speed transmission, liquid cooling, electric start, skid plate, windshield, engine guards, all required police equipment, and numerous other standard features. The civilian version of this motorcycle is selling well in North America. CSC Motorcycles is the exclusive North American importer.

“There’s a lot to be said for a 250cc police motorcycle,” Seidner continued. “The bike is highly maneuverable and it can go where other vehicles cannot. The RX3-P is a full-sized police motorcycle and it has significant command presence. Maintenance costs are a fraction of what they are on other police motorcycles, and CSC Motorcycles offers a 2-year warranty. The bike is ideal for both urban and rural police motorcycle applications, and it represents real savings and improved operational capabilities for any department that uses it.”

The RX3 has a top speed of 84 mph, low maintenance costs, and 70-mpg fuel efficiency.

“We realize these bikes are new to the North American police market,” Seidner said, “and to help introduce them with zero risk to our police clients, we have a very small number of RX3-P police motorcycles available for a 30-day no-obligation evaluation period. Interested agencies should act quickly if they wish to participate in this program.”

CSC Motorcycles is located in Azusa, California. More information is available by contacting CSC Motorcycles at 909 445 0900 or info@CSCMotorcycles.com.
