Schuberth has finally taken the covers off the new E1 Adventure helmet. So, we can now show you the photos. The rest of the press information is the same as when John Burns wrote about it last month. For those who are too lazy…er…busy to go read the previous article, here is the executive summary:

Not The New Schuberth E1 Adventure

The Schuberth E1 is the first helmet the manufacturer has made specifically for the adventure market. The modular helmet features a flip-up chin bar which is an uncommon usability feature for adventure riders. The helmet peak visor that is so popular in the off-road market also received the Schuberth treatment and can be adjusted to three different positions independent of the faceshield and chin bar. The helmet is held in place during a mishap by Schuberth’s Anti-Roll-Off System. The closable chin vent features a washable filter that flows cooling air in dusty environs.

Go modular. All the kids are doing it.

The E1 has a built-in Bluetooth antenna for the optional SRC-System which uses technology from Cardo Systems (see our Scala Rider Q3 Multiset review) to power the Schuberth communicator in connecting riders to phones, music, and GPS units.

The E1 Adventure will be available in XS-XXXL sizes, with two different shell sizes. Prices will be $829 USD for solid colors and $889 USD for graphics. For more information, visit Schuberth’s website.

A helmet peak visor that articulates!
