Aprilia to Race in MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 Class

Aprilia announced it will compete in MotoAmerica‘s Superstock 1000 class on the RSV4 Factory. Aprilia will partner with Houston, Texas, dealer HSBK to enter the a team of two riders to be named later.

The passion for racing is what drives our ambitions and a relentless determination for success,” says Phil Read Jr., marketing & communications director for Piaggio Group Americas. “The new MotoAmerica Superstock series offers a critical step to developing future champions and gives Aprilia USA the ideal opportunity to go racing with the RSV4 Factory. But this is only the first step of a longer plan and we look forward to some exciting racing this year.”

HSBK will handle racing development for the team as well as for privateers also racing on a RSV4 Factory.
