Held’s latest winter gloves, the “Rain Cloud,” offers riders ultimate protection in cold and/or wet conditions. Combining Gore-Tex protection with X-Trafit layer reduction technology, the Rain Cloud is breathable, warm and waterproof, without losing fit or dexterity.
The X-Trafit membrane lamination process reduces the amount of layers typically found in a winter waterproof glove from four to two, while providing the same warmth, protection, tactility and waterproofing. Thermoplush fleece lining is featured on the back of the hand for added warmth, while flat seam construction provides greater comfort.
Outside, the Rain Cloud features goatskin leather with Nyspan inserts on the back. Hard knuckle protection is covered in leather, with Superfabric reinforcement on the edge of the hand. Reflective piping in the form of 3M Scotchlite makes the hands (and, by extension, you) a little easier to see at night. A visor wipe on the index finger allows you to sweep water off your faceshield without smearing it.
