Fresh off a World Superbike win at Laguna Seca this past weekend, Tom Sykes is headed to Kawasaki‘s U.S. headquarters in Irvine, California on Thursday evening as part of Kawasaki’s Ninja Bike night.

On Thursday, July 17, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm, come on out to Kawasaki HQ to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary Kawasaki Ninja. There you can hang out amongst fellow Ninja owners, talk to Kawasaki employees about the beloved Ninja, and rub shoulders with the man who won the 2013 World Superbike championship aboard a Ninja ZX-10R, Tom Sykes.

Also, all Ninja owners are encouraged to enter their bike in the bike show that evening for a chance to win “Ninja Sportbike Best In Show.” Follow Kawasaki on Facebook for all the details, and use #NinjaNights to stay up to date on all the latest Ninja news.

Lastly, be sure to check back here later this week, as our own Evans Brasfield caught up with Sykes at Laguna for a one-on-one interview with the champ. You’ll want to hear what he has to say.

Kawasaki headquarters are located at:

Kawasaki Motor Corp., U.S.A.
9950 Jeronimo Road
Irvine, CA 92618

Troy's been riding motorcycles and writing about them since 2006, getting his start at Rider Magazine. From there, he moved to Sport Rider Magazine before finally landing at Motorcycle.com in 2011. A lifelong gearhead who didn't fully immerse himself in motorcycles until his teenage years, Troy's interests have always been in technology, performance, and going fast. Naturally, racing was the perfect avenue to combine all three. Troy has been racing nearly as long as he's been riding and has competed at the AMA national level. He's also won multiple club races throughout the country, culminating in a Utah Sport Bike Association championship in 2011. He has been invited as a guest instructor for the Yamaha Champions Riding School, and when he's not out riding, he's either wrenching on bikes or watching MotoGP.
