Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2012-2013 Moto Guzzi Griso 8V, Norge GT 8V and Stelvio 1200 NTX because of a problem with the rear suspension.

The double connecting rod in the rear suspension linkage may not have been manufactured correctly and may fail. Failure could result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Canadian Moto Guzzi dealers will replace the double connecting rod on affected units. The Canadian recall affects 107 units.

No recall has been announced yet for the U.S. market but we expect the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to announce one shortly. We will provide an update if and when NHTSA announces a recall for the Moto Guzzi Griso 8V, Norge GT 8V or Stelvio 1200 NTX.
