Royal Enfield has released a two new limited edition versions of its Bullet C5 Classic.

The Royal Enfield Bullet C5 Chrome (also known as the Royal Enfield Classic Chrome in other markets) is based on the regular retro-styled Bullet C5 Classic but with chrome tank, fenders and side covers as well as hand-painted pinstripes and accents. Consumers will have the choice between the red and chrome version pictured here or black and chrome.

The other limited edition is the Royal Enfield Classic Desert Storm featuring a matte sandy brown paint scheme representing the brand’s history of supplying military motorcycles for desert theaters.

Both versions use Royal Enfield’s fuel injected 499cc Single cylinder integrated unit engine which claims 27.2 hp at 5250rpm and 30.5 ft-lb. at 4000rpm. Suspension is comprised of telescopic 35mm forks and twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers with five adjustable preload settings. For braking, the two limited edition models use two-piston calipers with a 280mm disc up front and a 153mm drum brake at the rear. Royal Enfield claims a wet weight of 412 pounds.

At the moment, it appears only the C5 Chrome will be offered by Royal Enfield dealers in the U.S. The Royal Enfield Bullet C5 Chrome is priced at $6,695 ($6,895 in California).
