We have an extensive archive of photos, posters, flyers, catalogs and other promotional materials spanning our 50 year history,” says Alpinestars’ Nic Sims. “For the Heritage Series, we referenced some of that material and either updated it or reformatted it. Some of the graphics, such as the One Day graphic are more contemporary. One Day features Alpinestars’ Surfer, Nathaniel Curran, on a bike with his surfboard. Again, pulled from our archive, just a more recent image. We thought that many of the graphics would translate well as art prints and thus produced the prints which accompany each.”
