Maybe he represents a demographic that’s on its way out, but nobody in the last quarter-century has generated more love writing about motorcycles than our old pal Peter Egan, the everyman from Wisconsin. I stumbled across this column by one Phil Gulley, writing about “ The Three Motorcycles Everyone Should Own” for the Indianapolis Monthly. He’s not Egan, but this one’s not bad; it even includes Nortons and Triumphs.
