RACING EVENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Kawasaki contingency eligible race events, race series, qualified classes and payouts are posted at www.kawasaki.com/racing. Subject to change without notice.

Each vehicle identification number (VIN) may be registered to only one rider at a time. At dual sanctioned events, riders will be paid for one event only.

Contingency will only be paid for one division of the same class. If a class is split into multiple divisions, the race promoter must notify riders which division is the contingency paying class.

There must be a minimum of six (6) riders in a class for contingency to be paid. No payments will be issued in classes of less than six (6) riders. Did Not Start (DNS) is not considered an entry.

With the exception of the AMA Moto America racing series, unless otherwise posted, contingency will only be paid for one race (either the second race or Sunday race) for all twin or double race weekends.

For all team race series, each team will be limited to one contingency payment per entry.

Riders cannot ride out of class. For example, a rider cannot ride a Ninja ZX-6R motorcycle in a 1000cc class.

Any rider falsifying claims will be disqualified from the contingency program.

RIDER REGISTRATION FOR PROGRAM
Program dates are January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Register for the program online at https://www.kawasakisalesrewards.com. You will receive an automated email response once your registration has been approved. If you are currently registered for the program, you must update your account every program year, prior to your first race or anytime there may be changes to your account. Riders will not qualify for contingency payments prior to registration and approval into the program.

In addition to registration, you must submit a signed W-9 form to: Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., ATTN: Team Green Contingency, 26972 Burbank, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 or email to teamgreen.contingency@kmc-usa.com. You should receive the Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard® (debit card) within 7-10 business days once registration has been approved. Automatic payments will be deposited directly to your MasterCard® after Kawasaki receives and approves “official” race results from the event promoter.

The Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard® may be redeemed at any Kawasaki dealer and more than 32 million retailers worldwide. You have the freedom to choose how, where and when you wish to spend your earnings.

The Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard® is a debit card only, it is not a credit card and cannot be used as one. If you attempt to use more than the available balance on your card, your card will be denied. It has no cash value and is not transferable.

If you have not received your payment within thirty (30) days after the race, please contact Kawasaki via email teamgreen.contingency@kmc-usa.com or via phone 1-949-716-0351. There may be a delay in payment due to issues with your registration or the reporting of results.

No payments will be issued after January 15, 2019 for the 2018 Kawasaki Road Racing Contingency Program. It is the responsibility of each rider to track and verify all eligible finishes and payments from Kawasaki. Any missed payments or errors must be reported to Kawasaki by January 15, 2019.
