While the big bikes attract most of the attention, the Lightweights are always exciting to watch, and Michael Rutter currently stands at the top of the heap.

First Practice session: Rutter is the fastest on his Paton S1-R
Tuesday evening started the first practice session. The two Paton started in the first row. Michael Rutter and his Paton S1-R Lightweight were the fastest lightweight on the Mountain. The British rider set a lap at 113.946 mph.
A good start also for Stefano Bonetti. The Italian rider set the fifth chrono with an average speed of 111mph.The two riders said they’re confident with their bikes and happy for the improvement made by the team. They’re waiting for next session – on 1st of June – to test some new setting on their Paton.
