Sprint Filter has now made available an air filter for the entire Ducati Panigale range that is also FIM homologated. Over the past two years, Sprint Filter has worked with Ducati World Superbike and Superstock 1000 teams to develop a filter specifically for Panigales that is also legal to be used at the highest levels of racing.

The result is the R127SBK and R127STK filters, both of which are direct replacements for the standard Panigale filter. Both filters feature a filtration surface area 210% larger compared to the stock filter, but the SBK version is built with P16 mesh, Sprint’s highest-performing filter tissue material. The STK, meanwhile, is manufactured with a fiberglass material called aviofiber.

Sprint Filter offers a variety of air filters for numerous late-model motorcycles, not just Ducatis. Unlike other high-performance air filters, Sprint Filters do not use any oil, which makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. Simply remove the filter and blast it with compressed air to remove any dirt and debris.

Sprint Filters are distributed in the U.S. by Brock’s Performance. For more information on any Sprint Filter product, or to order one for your motorcycle, be sure to visit the link above.

Troy's been riding motorcycles and writing about them since 2006, getting his start at Rider Magazine. From there, he moved to Sport Rider Magazine before finally landing at Motorcycle.com in 2011. A lifelong gearhead who didn't fully immerse himself in motorcycles until his teenage years, Troy's interests have always been in technology, performance, and going fast. Naturally, racing was the perfect avenue to combine all three. Troy has been racing nearly as long as he's been riding and has competed at the AMA national level. He's also won multiple club races throughout the country, culminating in a Utah Sport Bike Association championship in 2011. He has been invited as a guest instructor for the Yamaha Champions Riding School, and when he's not out riding, he's either wrenching on bikes or watching MotoGP.
