From a Bell press release:

Bell Helmets is proud to announce they will be the Official Helmet sponsor and the presenter of the Holeshot Award for this year’s Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross held inside Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, on March 8 and 9.

“Bell Helmets has proved to be a great partner of ours and we are excited to have them on board as the Official Helmet for the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross,” explained MX Sports Director Tim Cotter. “There will be many racers looking forward to capturing that Main Event holeshot and earning one of the Bell Helmet $100 gift certificates.”

“Bell Helmets takes a lot of pride in being the Official Helmet of Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross,” explained Rob Salcedo, Marketing Manager for Bell Powersports. “We are excited to be onsite in our Mobile Custom-Fit Van doing head scans and offering Moto-9 Helmet Demo’s. We will also be showcasing the all-new Moto-9 Flex so make sure to stop by our display & check out our line of Off-Road helmets”

Holeshot Award
Every racer at RCSX will be eligible to win the Bell Helmet Holeshot Award. Bell will be providing a $100 gift certificate to every Holeshot Specialist for each of the 35 final class motos.

Introducing the All-New Moto-9 Flex
The Moto-9 Flex is the most advanced helmet Bell has ever produced, designed to manage linear and rotational energy in certain low, mid, and high-speed impacts. This ground-breaking helmet also incorporates an “Adaptive Fit” system containing a segmented liner, designed to conform to a rider’s head for a better fit and more predictable energy management. Moto-9 Flex is quickly setting a new level for rider protection in both motocross and off-road racing and will be available this April.

Custom-Fit Program
Bell Helmets once again leads the industry in innovation with the introduction of their Custom-Fit Helmet program. Make sure to stop by the Bell Booth to learn more about the proprietary 3D-imaging process that scans the riders head to create a “Custom- Fit” Moto-9. It takes only a few minutes and the scanning will be FREE for anyone in attendance.

Demo Program
For those riders who would like to try out a Bell Moto-9 at no charge, you can simply stop by the Bell Booth and sign up to take one for a test ride during one of your practice sessions or race motos. We will have all sizes available.
