Harley-Davidson has teamed with French helmet maker, Shark, to introduce a new modular helmet to the Harley-Davidson MotorClothes collection. Elsewhere, H-D also introduces a three-season riding jacket. See the press releases below for more information.

Easily adapt to changing temperatures with the new men’s Rex Switchback Light Functional Jacket (starting at $260) from the Harley-Davidson MotorClothes line. Constructed from 600 denier 100 percent polyester, the jacket has zippered side panels to prevent airflow when in place. When temperatures rise, the panels are easily removed and placed in pockets, allowing the pleasing airflow through the mesh lining to cool the rider. Adjustable cuffs, waist tabs and snap-sleeve tabs provide a custom fit, while removable body armor at the elbows and shoulders deliver increased protection. Seven pockets offer ample storage space. And 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material provides enhanced reflectivity in low light conditions. Available in S – 5XL and Tall sizes.

Men's Black FXRG Dual Helmet

Built by Shark, the new men’s FXRG Dual Helmet with Integrated Sun Shield ($495) from the Harley-Davidson MotorClothes line is a modular design with full integration, style and protection in either position. The semi-automatic Auto-Up system simultaneously unlocks the visor and chin bar to position into place, easing transitions that create a true 2-in-1 helmet experience. It provides optimized soundproofing and aerodynamic performance – and meets ECE 22-05 and DOT requirements. The integrated sun shield, comfort padding and washable fabrics add convenience. The helmet is constructed from injected thermoplastic resin, weighs 3 lbs. 12 oz. and is available in XS – XL.

Both items are available at most Harley-Davidson dealerships in the U.S. and online at www.h-d.com/store.
