MAG Consolidation With Tucker Rocky/Biker's Choice Finalized

The Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) announced today that’s its merger with Tucker Rocky and Biker’s Choice has reached completion. We reported on the announced merger in March of this year.

According to the press release, J.A. Lacy, President and CEO of LDI, Ltd., the majority shareholder of the combined company, is the Chief Executive Officer. Brian Etter continues in his role as President of MAG’s branded product, media and online retail operations. Dan Courtney continues as President of Tucker Rocky/Biker’s Choice.

Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. and other legacy MAG shareholders retain a significant minority interest in the combined company.
