Sunday May 25th will witness 200 motorcycle riders on their custom café racers and cruisers, accompanied by a fleet of vintage cars, tour 99km (61.5 miles) through Paris and the surrounding countryside on behalf of Blitz Motorcycles and RRL.

It will be loud, exciting and visually stunning, with some of Europe’s most dedicated riders showing off their awesome, personalized machines and strong sense of aesthetics. In true Blitz style, there will be a real mix of engines: BMWs, Harleys, Hondas, Triumphs, all customized, and all individual.

The RRL line was created in 1993, designed as a dedication to authentic vintage denim. The Blitz Motorcycles garage was founded in Paris in 2010 by Fred Jourden and Hugo Jezegabel to specialize in unique, vintage motorcycles.

The tour will depart from Porte de Saint Cloud in the morning and take nearly three hours to travel through the Castle Dampierre, Chevreuse Valley and Versailles, before finishing at the RRL flagship store in St Germain.

The tour is open for all motorcyclists. If you’re going to be in or around Paris during this time, you can register for the ride via http://www.rrlriders.com/rrlride/join.

Troy's been riding motorcycles and writing about them since 2006, getting his start at Rider Magazine. From there, he moved to Sport Rider Magazine before finally landing at Motorcycle.com in 2011. A lifelong gearhead who didn't fully immerse himself in motorcycles until his teenage years, Troy's interests have always been in technology, performance, and going fast. Naturally, racing was the perfect avenue to combine all three. Troy has been racing nearly as long as he's been riding and has competed at the AMA national level. He's also won multiple club races throughout the country, culminating in a Utah Sport Bike Association championship in 2011. He has been invited as a guest instructor for the Yamaha Champions Riding School, and when he's not out riding, he's either wrenching on bikes or watching MotoGP.
