Austrian company WP Suspension has restructured its North American operations, forming a new subsidiary with a network of authorized centers. The newly-formed WP Suspension North America Inc. will help meet the demand for the company’s suspension products as well as parts and technical support.

WP Suspension is probably best known for supplying suspension systems for KTM. WP and KTM are actually corporate cousins, falling under the umbrella of Cross Industries AG and its Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer.

The new subsidiary will work with its four WP Authorized Center partners: PG Suspension in North Wilkesboro, N.C., Race Tech in Corona, Calif, Suspension Direct Inc. (SDI) in Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Factory Connection which has locations in New Hampshire, California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Oregon.

“WP suspension components are the most advanced in the motorcycle industry, so it’s important to have a strong, elite network of WP Authorized Centers,” says Kyle Guglielmetti, WP North America business development manager. “These highly qualified suspension centers have skilled technicians who are trained to properly maintain WP equipment. These centers will distribute WP’s premium motorsports suspension as well as spare parts for WP production suspension components.”
