Opel Adam Designed by Rossi and Aldo Drudi Up for Auction

An Opel Adam customized by MotoGP star Valentino Rossi and noted designer Aldo Drudi is being sold at auction to raise money for a children’s hospital in Italy.

Originally presented at EICMA, the car is painted in silver and Rossi’s signature yellow with his number 46 featured prominently in the paint scheme. The seats are made of leather from Dainese with a design inspired by Rossi’s Drudi-designed racing suit.

The auction is being held on eBay Italy, with all funds benefiting Meyer Children’s Hospital FoundationMeyer O.N.L.U.S. in Florence, Italy. As of this posting, there have been 93 bids with the highest bid at €21,250 (US$29,243), with the auction closing on Dec. 24.
