Kymco had one of the larger booths at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo in Orlando, Fla. and taking up center stage was the largest displacement scooter available in the United States – the MYROAD700i.

This maxi-scooter is powered by a 59-horsepower, fuel injected, parallel twin, 699cc engine. At $9,699, it comes standard with ABS and three-way adjustable suspension (Soft, Medium, Hard). Stopping power comes courtesy of four-piston radial-mount calipers squeezing twin 280mm front discs and single 280mm rear disc.

Being a large scooter, the MYROAD700i has plenty of storage room under the seat, as well as a 12-volt accessory charger.

Kymco boasts the MYROAD700i rides like a much smaller scooter and hopefully we’ll be able to verify that for ourselves in the near future.
