Bell Helmets was out in full force at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo in Orlando, Fla. and was showcasing its new Bullitt motorcycle helmet.

The idea of the Bullitt helmet was for vintage motorcycle riders to have a helmet with modern safety features along with old-school cool.

Using the original Bell Star helmet as a starting point, designers crafted a stylish full-face helmet that Bell says is comfortable and safe with all the modern helmet technology you expect from Bell, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2014.

Features of the Bullitt include RS-1 head form, removable cheek pads, removable liner, four front intake vents and one exhaust vent. As well, you can run the helmet with or without a shield.

Bell will release the Bullitt line in five different colors and with 10 different shield options, including five bubble shields. It allows consumers to tailor their look to match their rides.
