Bling That Bike!

Are you a high-net worth individual with poor judgement and incredibly bad taste? If so, you may be interested in this silver motorcycle with an estimated value of $81,000.

Constructed by the Silver Emporium in India – known for its silver creations ranging from flatware to candelabras – the handcrafted silver surrounds a stock engine (in this case what appears to be an air-cooled Single of unknown origin) and transmission.

“We are confident that we can turn around a bike for any leading brand with a six months lead time from design to actual bike that can be completely customized as per requirement of client,” says the Silver Emporium’s managing director, Rahul Mehta.

Actual pricing of individual examples rests with the level of customization such as the fuel tank, exhaust and handlebars.

“Our team at Silver Emporium spends a lot of time in understanding [the] requirements of high-net worth individuals that helps us in creating such masterpieces,” says Mehta. “Our chairman has redefined silver as a lifestyle product in India… we began creating pieces of art.”

A statement reinforcing the proverb of art being in the eye of the beholder.

“When any interested buyer contacts us, our design team will interact with them at every stage, from design to customization. Prices are on a case to case basis depending on design and engine size,” says Mehta.
